Water is skin's best friend

I cannot recall the number of times we are told to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Water is vital for our organs to function properly and maintains the body temperature, and also washing out the toxins in the body.
These are all the facts that we have been hearing for ages, and they have been proven from the medical and scientific perspective.

It is also not new that water is also strongly encouraged in the beauty and cosmetics world where water is the main agent which maintains the water level in your body and promote constant moisture.
At the same time, the detoxification part played by water also helps to ensure the skin looks healthy and supple.

Water is the best cosmetic product for everyone; drinking lots of water makes you look radiant and strengthen your body resistance without any additional supplements.
Hydration is vital to promote youthful-looking skin and to avoid scaly effects on our skin.
Lotions and moisturizers are external potions to be applied but no offense meant, these can provide temporary solutions if you do not make an effort to work on your skin.
Drinking plenty of water will promote hydration from within, and it works effectively on the outside as well.
